Art Consultant: Guo Jing:

    Guo Jing, photographer and curator, is board member of Global Photographic Union (GPU), Chapter President of Royal Photographic Society （RPS）in China, international representative of The Photographic Society of New York (PSNY) in Zhejiang, China. She is also a member of China Photographers Association(CPA) and Photographic Society of America (PSA). Her works are characterized by simple, elegant and graceful style. She has won more than 500 awards in photographic competitions with PSA and FIAP patronages both at home and abroad, including the gold, silver and bronze medals. More than 400 works have been accepted to different international photographic competitions and salons in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Austria and Italy etc. In 2010, she ranked 16th at PSA Who's Who in the section of travel and appointed as the honorary member of PSNY. She has also served as the judge of the Trierenberg Super Circuit of Austria from 2012 to 2021, as well as the judge in various competitions in Ukraine, Greece, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Italy etc. 

    In 2016, she was selected to participate in a curatorial training course by China Federation of literary and Art Circles. As a photo reviewer, she was on the panel of experts at China Lishui International Photo Festival in 2012 and Photolucida in 2017 and 2019. She was fully engaged in photography festivals in China. she planned and was awarded at China Pingyao International Photography Festival, China Lishui Photography Festival, Beijing Photo Week, Shanghai International Photo Festival, China Qinghai Sanjiangyuan International Photography Festival and China Yixian Photography Festival, Dali International Photography Exhibition, etc. She curated View • Appreciate Exhibitions of Presidents of Photography Societies from Ten Countries at Photo Beijing, which earns her a Pegasus award, top honor for curators in China. Besides, she served as chief curator for the international exhibitions section of China Yixian International Photography Festvial in 2013 and 2016, and China Qinghai Sanjiangyuan International Photography Festival 2014.

Photography Exchange with International Photographic Organizations:

    Shangtuf, jointly with photography organizations in Poland, showcased exhibition for four consecutive years starting from 2010.

In Jun. 2012, Shangtuf cooperated with Image Sans Frontiere (ISF) jointly held exhibition of female photographers work around the world, which exhibited female Chinese photographers’ works in the China section.

In Nov. 2012, Shangtuf together with photography organizing committee of Slovenia international photography festival successfully held a monochrome portrait exhibition.

In Jul. 2013, Beautiful Country, China-Russia-Ukraine photography Art exchange, first exhibition held in National Museum of Lvov, Ukraine.

Oct. 10. 2013, collaborate with Photographic Society of New York, Shangtuf held photography art exchange activity “Wind from the East”.

In 2014 and 2016, collaborated with Photographic Society of South Africa, Shangtuf held “Beautiful Country”China-South Africa Photography art exchange activity to celebrate China-South Africa Culture years. The activities were supported by China Ministry of Culture and China embassy in South Africa.  

From 2014 to 2019, exhibition entitled Chinese Culture and Life was exhibited in Munich and festivals in Germany.

In Apr.2015, Shangtuf collaborated with Ukrain, Greece and Cyprus, held an exhibition in Cyprus featuring on “Beautiful Country.”

In Jul. 2015, Shangtuf organized Chinese photographers to attend 3rd UPI Photography Festival in Morocco. Ms. Wang Yao, former President of China Photographers Association, attend the opening ceremony of the festival.    

In April 2016, “Charming Country” China-Oman Photography Art Exchange Exhibition opened in Oman. Ibrahim ALBUSaidi, President of Oman photographice Society, Mr. Yu Fulong, Chinese Ambassador to Oman, and ambassadors from Russia, South Africa, Portugal, Philippines etc, were also present at the opening ceremony of the exhibition. 

In May 2015, curated by Shangtuf, 10 outstanding Chinese photographers’ exhibitions were exhibited at Los Angeles Chinese Photographic Festival in the US, and all the exhibitions were awarded. 

In May, 2016, a delicate selection of awarded works at international competitions was exhibited at Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum during Los Angeles Chinese Photographic Festival.  

In July 2016, collabrate with Association Marocaine del’Image and Global Phographic Union, Shangtuf held “Charming China” China and Moroco Photography Art Exchange program. 

In Sep. 2016, along with Local Photographic Societies Affiliated to the East Anglian, Royal Photographic Society, Global Photographic Union, sponored by Moggerhanger Park and Yixian Huihuang Tourism (Group) Co. Ltd, Shangtuf Organized Charming China UK-China Photographic Art Exchange Exhibition at Moggerhanger Park in UK. 

In Sep. 2016, collabrated with Confucius Institute and University of Florence, Federation of International Art Photography (FIAP), Shangtuf curated “Chinese Culture” China- Italy Photography Exhibition in Florence, Italy.

In Sep. 2019 and 2020, Incheon International Marine Photography Festival opens in South Korea and Shangtuf exhibited award winning photos and solo exhibitions at the festvial.

In Sep.2019, as new art group, Shangtuf was invited to and exchange event in Japan. 

In Nov.2019, co-organized “Belt and Road” 2nd China Yiwu International Photography Exhibtion, organizing photographers from 22 overseas countries to participate in the competition, and 10 photographers from home and abroad won awards. 

Successful Photography Exhibition Cases in China:

In Photo Beijing 2014, Shangtuf presented View • Appreciate Exhibitions of Presidents of Photography Societies from Ten Countries in Beijing International Photography Festival, and was awarded Pegasus prize, which is like Oscar for curators.

In Qinghai “Sanjiangyuan” International Photography, Shangtuf planed exhibitions for the international section from more than 30 countries with more than 1000 photos in 2014.

Shangtuf planed and presented exhibitions from international photographers and Chinese photogrpahers at Yixian Photogrpahy Festival for 4 consecutive years from 2013-2016.

In Yixian Photography Festival, Shangtuf planned South Africa Exhibition, one section of the exhibition “Salute to South Africa,” consisting works of 6 presidents of current and previous photographic societies, and the other consisting Chinese and South African photographers’ photo about South Africa.

In 2015, awarded works of Shangtuf members in international photography exhibitions were exhibited 10th China Photography Art Festival.

Invited by Dali International Photography Exhibition, Shangtuf presented exbhitions at the festival in 2015. 

Invited by Beijing Photo Week, Shangtuf curated the exhibition “Royal Photogrpahic Society Collection from C1839-1930” at the festival in Beijing in Oct.2015.

From 2011-2019, Shangtuf presented exhibitions and won awards at the biennale Lishui International Photo Festival.

From 2011-2020, Shangtuf curated exhbitions for Pingyao International Photography Festival, and several photographers won awards at the festival.

In Sep.2018, Shangtuf co-organized “Camel Bell on Silk Road” First China Naiman International Photo Festival, which was well received by viewers. 

In Oct. 2018, Shangtuf organized and exhibited works of both Chinese and international photographers for 2nd Lang Jingshan Cup China New Pictorial Photo Biennale.

In Jun 2019, the curator Guo Jing and Shangtuf sucessfully presented the exhibition from curation to installation of photographer An Qi at Yangquan, Shanxi.

In Nov. 2019, Lishui Photo Festival was successfully completed, Shangtuf took an active part to organize 6 exhibition of international photographers’ and 4 Chinses Photographers. A total of about 700 photos of artists from 60 countries were on display at the festival. 

In Nov. 2019, coorganized with Taizhou Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports, Taizhou Photographers Association, Shangtuf planned and organized Shanhai Taizhou in the Eyes of Overseas Photographers event. 

In Nov. 2019, Shangtuf showcased works of 61 photographers at 14th Huangshan (Yixian) International Photography Exhibition. 

In Jun. 2020, Shangtuf presented the exhibition “Me and My Family” at Yunnan Provincial Museum.

In Sep. 2020, Shangtuf recommended and exhibited works from 6 countries, including Indonesia, UK, Bangladesh, Germany, US, China, at Shanghai International Photo Festival.

In Oct. 2020, Shangtuf co-organized 1st Cross Strait Photo Week, recommended exhibited 6 photographers from Taiwan at the event. 

In Nov.2020, Shangtuf organized several exhibitions at 15th Yixian Photo Festival, including We Stay Home, Ist Batch of Chinese Photographer winning FIAP Distinction Exhibition, GPU China Mmembers Photo Exhibition, Award-winning Photo Exhibition by Shangtuf Members.

In 2015, curated an presented by Shangtuf, “End of World” exhibition by Bian Zihai won honorary title of Excellent Photogrpaher of Nature Section at Pingyao International Festival.

In 2016, exhibition entitled “Fishing Woman” by Jinsong Yan won honorary title of Excellent Photogrpaher in Social Life Section at Pingyao International Festival.

In 2017, exhibition entitled “Step toward Buddha” by Jinsong Yan won honorary title of Excellent Photogrpaher in Art Photography Section at Pingyao International Festival.
